Orders and payment
Please check the product or workshop description and your order details before purchasing, including quantities, dates, times, venues and collection arrangements where applicable.
Full payment is required when placing your order or booking. Prices are shown in pounds sterling.
Please provide accurate contact details so we can send your confirmation and contact you about your purchase. If you notice an error in your order, please email us as soon as possible.
Workshop bookings, cancellations and transfers
Booking your place
When booking, please check your chosen workshop’s date, time, venue and number of places. Full payment is required to secure your booking.
If you need to cancel
Please email amelia@ameliajordanfloristry.co.uk as soon as possible, including your order number and workshop date.
If you cancel, any amount we retain will be limited to the reasonable net loss caused by your cancellation, taking account of costs saved and any income from reselling your place. This may include materials or catering already committed to that cannot be cancelled or reused.
We will take reasonable steps to refill your place. If it is resold at the same price without additional costs, we will refund your booking in full. Otherwise, we will explain any deduction and refund the remaining balance. Deductions will never exceed the price of your booking.
The same approach applies if you do not attend without contacting us.
Transferring your place
You may arrange for someone else to attend in your place at no extra charge. Please email us before the workshop with their name and any dietary or accessibility requirements.
If you would prefer to move to another workshop date, please contact us. Changes are subject to availability and must be confirmed by us.
If we cancel or change your workshop
If we cancel your workshop, you will receive a full refund of your booking payment.
If we need to change the date, time or venue materially, we will contact you. You may accept the change or choose a full refund. You will not be required to accept credit or an alternative date.
Cooling-off rights for workshops
Our workshops are leisure activities taking place on specific dates, so the usual 14-day cooling-off right for online purchases does not apply.
The cancellation and transfer arrangements above are offered in addition to your statutory rights.
Christmas wreath orders, collection and cancellations
Ordering your wreath
Our 2026 Snow White Luxury Christmas Wreath is priced at £75 per wreath, with a maximum of 20 wreaths available.
Last orders are 15 November 2026, subject to availability. Orders may close earlier if all available wreaths have been sold.
Full payment is required when ordering.
Collection arrangements
Our 2026 Christmas wreaths are available for collection only from Post Office Road, Leamington Hastings, Rugby, CV23 8DZ, during the week commencing 30 November 2026. Postage is not available for this range.
Amelia will contact you directly using the details provided at checkout to arrange your collection date and time and provide collection instructions.
Please wait until your collection arrangements have been confirmed before travelling.
If you cannot collect at the agreed time, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss alternative arrangements.
Cancelling before collection
Our fresh wreaths contain flowers and foliage liable to deteriorate quickly. The usual 14-day cooling-off right for online purchases therefore does not apply to these perishable goods.
However, we offer the following cancellation arrangements before collection.
Please email amelia@ameliajordanfloristry.co.uk as soon as possible, including your order number.
Any amount we retain will be limited to the reasonable net loss caused by your cancellation, taking account of costs saved and any income from reselling your wreath. This may include materials already committed to that cannot be cancelled or reused.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce our losses, including reselling the wreath or reusing materials where possible. If we incur no net loss, we will refund your payment in full. Otherwise, we will explain any deduction and refund the remaining balance. Deductions will never exceed the price of your order.
If we cannot fulfil your order
If we cannot supply your ordered wreath, we will contact you and provide a full refund.
If we propose a material change to your wreath or agreed collection arrangements, you may accept the change or choose a full refund. You will not be required to accept a substitute product or credit.
If there is a problem with your wreath
Please contact amelia@ameliajordanfloristry.co.uk as soon as possible, including your order number and details of the problem. Photographs are helpful where available.
Your wreath must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it does not meet these requirements, we will provide the remedy you are entitled to under consumer law.
The exclusion of cooling-off rights for perishable goods does not remove your rights where goods are faulty or otherwise fail to meet these requirements.
Refunds
This section applies to both workshop bookings and wreath orders.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of agreeing that you are entitled to a refund, or sooner where required by law.
Questions and complaints
For questions, changes, cancellation requests or complaints, please email amelia@ameliajordanfloristry.co.uk, including your order number and relevant details.
You may also write to us at the business address listed above.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.
Our workshops must be provided with reasonable care and skill and as described. Goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Where we do not meet these obligations, you retain the remedies available to you under consumer law.
